104-105: The family of Lapras

This one did not go too well. I almost ended with two crappy drawings of a smaller Lapras and an uglier evolution. I had to use Microsoft Paint to fix these up. They look much better now. 
I am not too satisfied with Lazulace. Knowing that Lapras' BST is 535, I think Lapras does not need a Mega Evolution. But I just had to create its evolution, as it can be a semi-pseudo legendary.

Evolves from Lapras at level 45 while holding the Glacier Block
Based on the Loch Ness Monster, a Plesiosaur, and a cruiser.

To recieve a Laplue Egg, the parent Lapras or Lazulace must hold the Glacial Incense.
